How to Stay Safe in these Trying Times
The COVID 19 outbreak means that how we live and interact has changed for us all. And while we cannot just lock ourselves in our homes forever, there are some simple, yet very effective ways of reducing the risk of infection and in preventing its spread.What We do at the Clinic
The goal at the Nower Hill Clinic is to create as safe and as risk free an environment as possible. Here is what we do: • Your practitioner will wear medical grade PPE. This will include a surgical mask, gloves, arm protectors, and eye protection in certain procedures. • We will change all towels and clothes between each patient. • We will chemically disinfect the treatment room, waiting room, and toilet both before each patient arrives, AND after each patient departs. The chemicals used are medical grade and have been proven to destroy COVID 19. • After chemical disinfection, we will also disinfect the treatment room with UV-C virucidal light. It is the same disinfecting lights used in hospitals and is proven to destroy COVID 19. • We will ventilate the clinic between each appointment to further reduce the chance of any virus escaping both the chemical and UV-C disinfection routines.What You Need to Do
In order to keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of infection, we NEED everyone to work together in order to succeed. Here is what you can do to help: • Wear a face mask or face covering to yor appointment • Use a hand sanitizer or wash your hands both BEFORE and AFTER your appointment • Please come to the clinic alone unless your are accompanying a minor, or need help communicating with your practitioner • Please arrive at your booked time. Do not arrive early as we are no longer allowed to have patients sitting in the waiting room for any length of time. Please also do not arrive late as it puts the clinic under pressure to disinfect everything before the following patient. If arriving too late, we may have no choice but to rebook your appointment.When to Avoid the Clinic
THIS IS VITAL. Do not come in to clinic if you: • Are currently experiencing COVID 19 symptoms (dry continuous cough, a temperature or sore throat). • Someone in your household is experiencing COVID 19 symptoms • You or someone in your household has been officially told to shield (you have been sent a letter from the NHS telling you to shield) Only if we work together can we keep each other safe.Suggestions

This machine produces ozone gas which will saturate the clinic, filling every nook and cranny of the space, even behind all of the furniture and paintings. Ozone gas has been shown to destroy the cellular structure of COVID 19, in effect, killing the virus.What You Need to Do
